AIM How can we transform our mental representations of Femininity and Masculinity in the context of authority and leadership in organisations?

How can we overcome the split or the opposition between our archetypal sexual designations?

How can we avoid diminishing ourselves waiting for the other to supply the missing part?

Sexism • feminism • machismo • racism, as any kind of “-ism”, prevent us from making new discoveries.

What do we project, or introject, when we are trapped in archetypes?

How can we reconcile ourselves with the other part of ourselves?

How can we discover and explore our own femininity or masculinity in terms of leadership and authority?

How can we integrate                 dream and reality,

our ability to create and to implement,

                                                to initiate and to complete,

                                                to lead without dominating?

How can each of us be in authority in a feminine way as well as a masculine way?

Therefore, please, don’t answer these questions: which is more important?

The sky or the earth,

the moon or the sun,

Mum or Daddy,

God or the Devil,

Black or White.

The conference F.L.A.M. invites its members to explore the two parts of themselves in relation to leadership and authority.
